Our corporate services help to ensure we’re relentlessly improving. We’re made up of IT, Finance, HR, Communications, Legal, Facilities and Asset Management services. We employ the perfect blend of attitude and competency. And our agile nature helps us to create a culture of trust, creativity, and empowerment.

Housing is at the heart of what we do. It’s all about relationships. It’s about empathy, ownership, solving problems, and making things simple every step of the way. Our housing teams provide a range of services from moving in and moving out, to collecting rent and just simply being there for our tenants.

We repair, maintain, and improve homes and neighbourhoods. Our team of specialists at Flagship Services keep life ticking and are there to save the day. We link the skill with the role and our team is made up of plumbers, kitchen fitters, arborists, planners, electricians, cleaners and more.

Development

To solve the housing crisis there needs to be enough homes for everyone. And Flagship Homes is different to other developers. It has a social purpose. We build homes that people love, and any profit we make is put back into building more affordable homes. We call it profit for purpose.
